Takayama

We spent a quick but wonderful 24 hours in Takayama, a region (Hida) famous for it’s beef and sake. I can vouch that both were out of this world. Takayama is also a really small town, so it provided a much needed break from the big city.

Sakurayama Hachimangu Srhine- On the top of a hill and surrounded by trees this temple was a sight!

Went to Japanese Onsen- I highly recommend going! I promise it’s a relaxing and normalizing experience (for those a little apprehensive about being naked, I was right there with you).
